The situation before

  1. 2003 – 2024
    Website active at ebenisteriepierrearsenault.com.
  2. 2024
New .ca domain purchased to rebuild the site. Never delivered: the page read "under construction."
  3. 2025
The site disappears. Two years with no working website begin.
  4. June 7, 2026
    ebenisteriebachar.ca goes live.

The Google Business Profile already existed, and it worked. The problem wasn't being absent from Maps. The problem was how people found the listing: from March to August 2026, the top search term leading to it was "pierre arsenault," with 133 searches. Every other term: under 15 each.

In other words: customers who already knew the business found it. Everyone else didn't.

No measurement tools were installed, no Search Console, no Analytics. So there is no "before" web data. We are stating it as it is, rather than inventing a comparison.

Site live June 7, 2026. First Search Console data on June 9. From June 9 to August 24, 2026, over 11 measured weeks, the site produced the numbers shown here.

The most-seen query is not the owner's name. It's "ébéniste mascouche": 378 impressions, average position 7.1. The trade and the city.

Of the 1,043 impressions tied to a named query, 859 come from searches containing "mascouche" or "terrebonne": people in the area looking for a cabinetmaker, not one person in particular.

In Google Analytics, over the same period: 70 visits arrived through search (66 Google, 4 Bing).

What's left to do

  • The site is a single page. Service pages (kitchen cabinets, countertops, vanities) still need to be built.
  • Call and submission tracking is not set up yet.
  • Click-through rate sits at 2.73%. Titles and descriptions have room to improve.
  • Rankings are not stable yet. In a snapshot from August 26, 2026, the site appears as the 8th organic result for "ébénisterie mascouche," and does not appear at all for other queries in the sector. That is normal for a single-page site that has been live for eleven weeks: service pages are the next step.

Two queries in the sector, "peintre armoire de cuisine mascouche" (kitchen cabinet painter) and "renovation cuisine mascouche" (kitchen renovation), generated 178 impressions with no matching page. That's the clearest angle for the next page.
